These terms cover your use of torquedtopass.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

Torqued to Pass is a brand of a US limited liability company (its full legal name and mailing address will be listed here before sales open). Contact: [email protected].

Not the FAA

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration. Our practice questions are original and are not FAA test questions. The FAA handbooks, advisory circulars and regulations are the authority on aviation maintenance. Always follow them, the manufacturer’s instructions and your instructors over any study material, including ours.

What you get when you buy

  • A personal, non-transferable right to use the course you bought for 24 months from purchase.
  • One account per person. Please don’t share your login.
  • You may not copy, resell, publish or scrape our questions, explanations or other content.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Paddle or PayPal).

Refunds and the guarantee

Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Our pass-or-refund guarantee applies only when these conditions are met:

Pass-or-refund guarantee: the conditions

  • It applies to each test in your order, on your first attempt only, with one full refund per order.
  • Before your test date, you must finish at least 90% of that test’s practice questions and score 80% or higher on at least 3 of its timed mock exams.
  • You must upload your FAA test score report within 30 days of the failed test.
  • During the early-buyer period, it covers the General test only, until Airframe and Powerplant launch.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep every question accurate and cite its source so you can check it. If you think something is wrong, please tell us at [email protected] and we’ll look at it. Other than the guarantee and refunds described above, we can’t promise any particular result on your FAA test.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Changes don’t take away anything you already paid for.
